Dedicated Projects Team
Every client we work with will have their hose project assigned to a specific branch & associated projects team. Once assigned, a specific division (e.g., Hydraulic Hose) within a branch will take your hose project from conception through to delivery, working closely with you every step of the way to build a custom hose solution that works for you. Clients can have as much or as little involvement in the project as they wish, but we usually find clients are happy with written progress updates over the course of the project.
Due to the often on-going nature of hose supply, many of our Commercial & OEM clients will be assigned a core contact who will regularly monitor progress & timeframes, provide regular updates as your project progresses, & see your hose/s through to completion.
Diagnostics & Design
One of the biggest challenges clients first report when approaching us for help with their hose management requirements is the hose assembly challenges they are facing, with either dysfunctional hose assemblies, damaged hose assemblies, or a lack of access to appropriate/compliant application specific hose assemblies.
To address the challenges outlined above, Kiowas’ consultants provide extensive hose assembly diagnostic & design support, generating hose assembly solutions that will serve to mitigate against the issues that can arise from inappropriately designed hose solutions.
Sample Construction
As part of the Alfagomma group, & with our own internal product development team, we can build a range of industrial & hydraulic hose assembly samples for you to trial.
All our hose samples will come fully assembled, and can be tested in advance of trials taking place. We can also co-create samples in-house with clients on-site to observe & input on their desired sample hose assembly construction.
With direct influence over our factory outputs it’s possible for us to develop individual components along with entire assemblies, that can be manufactured to your specific requirements.
Development & Testing
Perhaps cited as one of the most important parts of the hose assembly solution process, is ensuring that your new hoses will produce under the desired operational conditions. Across our branches we house several industrial and hydraulic hose testing facilities that allow us to create manufactured conditions, to ensure your hose will function without fail.
Often, we will be tasked by clients with the development of completely new hose assembly solutions, for a unique application. In these instances, our testing facilities provide the ideal tool for the development of reliable solutions, that once approved by us, will be ready to perform under a clients desired conditions without the risk of hose failure.
