KFLEX hoses, a Kiowa Ltd owned and operated brand, are a leading British manufacturer and supplier of bespoke built shaped, multi-branch, and straight hoses. Having served the OEM industries across a global stage for over 32 years, KFLEX hoses have become synonymous with superior quality and excellent attention to detail: frequently used by the globe’s largest players in the manufacture of plant, agricultural, and transportation machinery. All hoses are configured by hand or mandrel made, ISO 9001 & 14001 certified, suitable for Air Intake, Oil Suction, Fuel Delivery, Coolant Distribution, & Material Collection. The KFLEX range also covers wire helix reinforced vacuum options, across several bore sizes, with unlimited configuration options.
KFLEX – OEM Client Support
The Kiowa team can offer OEMs KFLEX hose support services that cover consultancy, design, production, & distribution. Due to the nature of the KFLEX manufacturing process Kiowa can offer hoses that meet the exacting requirements of your original equipment manufacturing needs, with tolerances off less than 3mm. The team have extensive experience working with OEMs to build both new and aftermarket parts under exclusive supply agreements, maintaining continuity of supply and protecting unregulated parts entering the supply chain. Every hose solution comes with a bespoke built manifold that’s stored throughout the required lifecycle of the part ensuring access to hose spares even after stock has depleted or the hose is discontinued.
The KFLEX Manufacturing Plant
Boosting over 15,500 sq. ft of manufacturing space, the KFLEX plant is steeped in heritage: heavily respected for its more it’s traditional practices, the plant covers every part of the production process in-house, from beginning to end. The emphasis on KFLEX’s unique production methodology means, unlike major automated processes, every part of the process can be tailored and quickly changed to every specific client’ needs. The universality of more nuanced and one-off production runs has put Kiowa at the forefront of specialist batch manufacturing of both shaped and straight hoses, saving OEMs thousands every year by avoiding the need to re-operationalise a mass production line, especially where just a small handful of replacement hose components are required.
