Our plastic fabrication team provide bespoke fabrication services to meet all manner of plastic requirements. We can advise you on the materials and specifications required, ensuring that products will adhere to audit requirements.
Our team will work with you to develop and create tailored components; whether on an individual or batch basis. From multiple factory line guards to bespoke pieces, our fabricators extensive experience has enabled us to undertake projects across almost any industry, regularly supplying both one off solutions and on-going customised fulfilment.
As part of our full-service offer, we can conduct plastic compliance assessments on-site at your premises, enabling us to accurately assess the full extent of your requirements, taking your plastic projects from design through to completion.
Custom Designs
Kiowa’s in-house plastic fabrication department can make ‘almost’ anything you desire out of plastic. Previous briefs have ranged from specialist factory screening projects to large tanker unit covers, with almost all projects custom builds.
Plastic Options
We can supply fabricated plastic products of all shapes and sizes. From 30mm thick sheets to 100mm thick rollers. We can also supply food safe self sealing plastics, low & high temperature plastics, & smooth or coarse finish plastics.
Precision & Quality
As we’re able to manufacture plastic products from scratch we can carefully manage construction design & and long term product integrity. We construct using robust plastic welded joints, with steel reinforcement options & castors if required.
